General Policy
Due to the digital nature of all products sold on arhanahmad.com, all sales are final. Once a digital product has been delivered, refunds cannot be issued.
Eligibility for Refund
A refund may be considered in the following cases:
- Product not delivered: If you completed payment but did not receive the download link or email within 24 hours
- Defective product: If the downloaded file is corrupted or cannot be opened, and I am unable to provide a working replacement within 48 hours
- Duplicate charge: If you were charged twice for the same product
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Change of mind after purchase
- Products that have been downloaded successfully
- Incompatibility with your specific tools or environment (product compatibility is listed on each product page)
- Requests made more than 7 days after purchase
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email [email protected] with:
- Your order confirmation or receipt
- The email address used for purchase
- A brief description of the issue
Refund requests are typically reviewed within 3 business days. If approved, the refund will be processed through DodoPayments to your original payment method.
Cancellation
Since all products are delivered digitally immediately upon purchase, there is no cancellation period. If you have not yet downloaded the product, contact me within 24 hours and I may be able to assist.
Chargebacks
If you experience an issue with your purchase, please contact me directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank. I am committed to resolving issues quickly and fairly.
