1. What we collect

• Waitlist email — only if you join. Used for one thing: emailing you early access at launch.
• Order records — email, tier, license key, dates. Needed to deliver and verify your license.
• Anonymous visit counts — bare numbers, no identities, to show honest traction.
• Support emails — whatever you send us, kept to answer you.

2. What we never touch

Your card details go to Dodo Payments (merchant of record), never to us — we cannot see or store them. No advertising trackers, no data brokers, no selling or renting your information, ever.

3. Who processes it

• Dodo Payments — checkout, tax, invoicing.
• Resend — transactional and launch emails.
• Cloudflare — hosting plus privacy-respecting analytics.
• GitHub — private repo delivery per seat.

Each processes only what its job needs, under its own policy.

4. Your rights

Email [email protected] and you can: see what we hold, correct it, or delete it (waitlist removal is instant; order records are kept as long as tax law requires, then purged). One email, handled by a human.

5. Cookies

Essential operation only (security, load balancing). No marketing cookies, no cross-site tracking, no consent theater needed.
